I liked how the hotel looked, great place. Kudos to everyone who helped, especially clerk. Good breakfast, lots of options available. Customer service simply can't be beat too.

The hotel is more than clean, the beds are wonderfully comfortable. We liked continental breakfast with lots of different meals.

After landing in Chicago we stayed in Zion once. Typical American rooms with microwaves and regular breakfast. To recommend for the transit, because significantly cheaper than in Chicago. Location next to State Park. Recommend to visit.

For the price the performance was very good. The staff was very friendly! The rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Compared to other hotels on our USA trip we were very satisfied, which was also due to the rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and yogurt. To the beautiful clean beach of Lake Erie it is still a few kilometers.

There was a Beatle in my bed, leak under the sink, and the shower curtain was too long.

They gave me a room without a reservation.
At check-in, there was no record whatsoever of my reservation made through Booked.net!!! Frustrating mess to deal with at the end of a long day of travel. Will never use Booked.net again!!!

Needs updating. Sheets had rips in them. I complained the first night about the sheets. The second night ripped sheets were put back on bed. Needs new updated linen for sleeping. Stayed in suite. Should have some kind of curtain over the door separating the rooms.

The table with a lamp. I could play a card game on it. Plenty of room. Nice bath room. The room was nice and clean. We stayed at your hotel before and wanted to stay there on this trip even though our group stayed in Kenosha
We reserved two rooms and they were on different floors. It could have been better if they were next to each other. However they were excellent rooms and we enjoyed being in them. It could only be better if they were free.

Staff was friendly, price was great, location was good (typical food choices & super close to the beach)
Overall the room was good, it was clean. Probably getting close to needing some updating (carpet) normal wear and tear. The shower head was bad. No pressure and came apart in my hand when I tried to change the setting and had to put it back together. But it would not make me not stay there again.

The lady in the kitchen was a little rude. There was no food left so I told her and she didn't seem to care. Pillows were way to soft.
